Without him and without her,

Alone I walk the path of a fresher…

From fancy days and sleepless nights,

I enter a world of black and white,

When friends become your colleagues,

Fighting their ways to be in the league.

That’s when you realize the corporate pressure,

The crazy gossips and useless chit chats,

Oh I so miss those cute college chaps,

Fighting over chocolates and pizzas,

Dressing up like fashionable divas,

All those memories I’ll always treasure,

My hands tremble and my eyes water,

It's corporate, I have to handle mischievous plotters,

Buddies give me joy and pleasure,

They help me enjoy the leisure,

Ups and downs are a part of life,

Success calls me and harder I strive,

But it’s a beautiful journey that I measure,

Alone I walk this path of a fresher!

Love, please hold my hand firmly!

You see, these feet are so dainty,

Lift me high as the thorns are plenty!

That is the feeling inside some,

For me it’s the one involved into mellow dreams in bed!

Sometimes in love hearts crack,

But she is the one who keeps it in track!

Not in pain and grief do we swindler,

We just are the ones who clear that blunder!

In this age for love hearts swell,

If not considered well, they rebel!

The feeling of being in love...

My love is silent, my love is quiet,

It twinkles, glows then shines bright!

There is someone in that light,

Who rolls and jumps to touch the heights!

She helps me when I am helpless,

She screams when I am speechless,

She pukes to augment my joys,

She gulps my sorrows without any cries,

She played with the butterflies inside,

When we expressed which was then impossible to hide!

I couldn’t get over my sleepless nights,

My sinking heart could never rise!

She was blessed to see this bond strengthening,

When in my finger the ring was entering,

Yes the blessed dainty damsel is within me,

Who has a lovely strawberry mummy!

I eagerly wait for you to propose me,

To pick me in you arms and set me free!!

The warmth of your love drained the windows,

When it was all about a love make,

Why did you make my thoughts shake??

When I was getting emotionally attached,

My love and care both were thrashed!

Why do you do this to me every time?

How the hell would you agree to be forever mine??

What is it that holds us together?  Be it today or 5 yrs. back,

Is it my love or your patience, whatever it is, makes me glad!

What is it that makes me blush?

Your kiss, your touch or is it just your presence?

Your smile makes me trip, I need your hand to hold with grip…

I know you want to grow old with me,

I know you are incomplete without me!

I know you deserve more than I give you,

I know this life is not enough to love you!

If you ever loved someone knowing that he/she would never love you back!
